Mechanical Switches with 80 million keystroke lifespan.Although I do not compete anymore, and travel less with my gear, the times I do, I really like not to worry if my peripherals are getting crushed or smashed anywhere. mainly cause of cable damage, so having that travel bag as well as the detachable cable is two times pleasing for me. I do love the detachable cabe (which I would love to see in the X version, as I'm a smoker and the X looks so easy to clean) and the bag, that's because I used to compete on cs 1.6 and travelling with crappy peripherals always ended up in tears after tournaments.

#Razer blackwidow tournament edition cable Pc
I do use the numpad on my work, but for playing games I really never do, so at least 40% of my time in the pc I'm not using it in anyway, so I guess it's not a downside for me to not have it anyone wanna join the train on this one?Ĭlick to expand.I've said some before, but after reading some comments I do agree that they look better, the slimmer fit of it looks tight. the detachable cable is a must for people who compete (I don't anymore cause I'm old, but back in the good ol' days of CRT monitors it would have been a delight to have) it's everything I wished for in a keyboard and so they release the Blackwidow V2, with dat wristrest WHY U DO DIS TO ME? The soft case is perfect, seriously it is a defining characteristic why I'm so wishing for one. Long story short Anyone else besides me would love to see a blackwidow tournament edition v2 with the smaller wristwrest and all?Īnd a little backstory as to why I'm fascinated with that idea.Ī couple years ago I had saved some money for some gear (it wasn't razer, it was a multitude of specifc brands - at the time I didn't wanted razer peripherals cause they costed too much here where I live and I couldn't afford to think about owning one, cause in reality, that was never gonna happen, but my friend went to the us and I saw the chance to grab me some mice and phones while buying a mechanical keyboard anyway.) but the store my friend went to buy the gear didn't had those peripherals, but they were doing a sale on razer gear, so my friend picked up all razer peripherals (kraken, deathadder and blackwidow ultimate) at the time razer didn't had the Tournament Edition and so I was stuck with a normal version, guess which day the Tournament Edition launched? the day my friend left the US =D so luck got me again.Īnyway fastforward years drooling over every Tournament Edition razer puts out. I'm not new, but I keep at bay for most of the time since I don't really like to interact that much.
